Return & Refund Policy

Butterpaper.in is a  market place, warping primarily dealing in products. For hygiene reasons, we  offer a return policy : We only take refund order above Rs. 500/-. However, return of your purchase can be initiated by sending an drop email to contact us form  provided the product delivered is not as described..

• Return of your purchase can be initiated within 7 days from the time of delivery.
  • Once you initiate the return, our courier partner will pick the product from your doorstep and we shall refund the entire cost of the product.
  • For location which are not supported for return pickups, the product has to be shipped back to us by the customer. 
  • Please note that shipping charges, if any, are not part of the refund. The entire cost of the product alone will be refunded.
  • The buyer is expected to pack the product intact to avoid any damage in transit. The refund will be initiated once we receive the product back in good quality and in new and unopened condition along with the original packaging.
  • Some products due to their nature, are marked as “NON RETURNABLE PRODUCT”.  In such cases, the same will be displayed prominently on the product page. Butterpaper .in will not accept return of these products irrespective of the reason of return. These products need to be purchased at the buyer’s risk.

For all returns, Butterpaper.in would have the rights reserved to take a call if a request for return can be accepted or not. 

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS: There will be no return pick up for the wholesale customers. In case of returns, these customers would have to ship the products back to us at their cost. In case the product returns to us due to wrong address, availability of customer or rejection by customer, the upward and downward shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
